Right now I can't sleep so i am wondering to my self what exactly is a chemical weapon. We talk about them and we have all heard of them but do we know what exactly makes a weapon a chemical one. there is only one way to figure this one out and that is for me to look at the treaties signed by countries and definitions and formating a definition for my self.
Chemical weapons in fact are defined as weapons that use chemicals formulated to cause pain or death.
